Step 1

Your Comprehensive Medical Assessment

Your assessment starts with a single visit covering your testing. Your physician consultation follows once your results are in, and your fitness, nutrition and psychotherapy sessions are booked virtually around your schedule — so nothing feels rushed, and nothing gets skipped.
What your assessment includes:
Clinical testing
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Echocardiogram
  • Exercise stress test
  • Spirometry (lung function)
  • Hormone health assessment
Physician consultation
  • Comprehensive physician consultation
  • Personalized comprehensive physician report
Screening and body
  • Weight Management & Medical Therapy Assessment
  • Biological age assessment
  • Body composition analysis
  • Visual acuity screening
  • Hearing assessment referral
Allied health sessions
  • Longevity Fitness Assessment by personal trainer
  • Nutritionist session
  • Psychotherapist session
Step 2

Your Physician's Report: A Clear Picture of Your Health

Your physician doesn't hand you raw results and send you on your way. Following your comprehensive annual assessment, they personally review everything and prepare a report built for you specifically — what's strong, what's worth watching, and what (if anything) needs a closer look.
What happens at this stage:
  • Your physician personally reviews every result from your assessment
  • You receive a personalized report — a clear picture of your health with clear guidance on what to monitor going forward
  • Additional testing or specialist referrals where clinically indicated, at your physician's discretion

Your Year With Your Health Concierge: Coordinated Care

Your assessment day is the start of your membership, not the whole of it. For the rest of your year, you're paired with a dedicated health concierge — one person, reachable directly, who handles the coordination so you don't have to. And every conversation still connects back to the same physician who reviewed your original assessment.
What your year with your health concierge looks like:
  • A direct line to your health concierge — phone, email, or text
  • Appointment booking, in person or virtual, handled on your behalf
  • Advocacy on your behalf at every step of your care
  • Regular updates on testing and referrals
  • Prescription refill coordination
  • Coordination across every physician and specialist you see
  • Facilitating appointment booking with your assigned physician for urgent concerns

Frequently asked questions about the process

What happens after I get my report?

You and your physician review your results together, and you begin your year of coordinated care with your health concierge - including any follow-up appointments or referrals your physician recommends.

How long does the assessment take?

Your assessment day covers your testing in one visit. You'll then meet with your physician once your results are in, and your fitness, nutrition and psychotherapy sessions are booked virtually around your schedule.
