Your year with your health concierge

Your membership doesn't end when your assessment does. For the full year, you're paired with a dedicated health concierge reachable directly, who coordinates your care so you don't have to navigate it alone.
What your health concierge handles:
  • Booking your appointments, in person or virtual
  • Advocating on your behalf at every step of your care
  • Keeping you informed with regular updates on testing and referrals
  • Coordinating prescription refills
  • Coordinating care across your physicians and specialists
  • Facilitating appointment booking with your assigned physician for urgent concerns

Beyond the core assessment

Every member's physician reviews their results individually. Where your physician identifies a specific risk factor, they may recommend additional testing or a specialist referral. These are arranged at your physician's discretion based on your individual results.

What are the allied health sessions?
