Our three-step process to better health
Simple by design: three steps, one physician, a full year of support.
Step 1
Your assessment & consultation days
Your assessment starts with a single visit covering your testing. Your physician consultation follows once your results are in, and your fitness, nutrition and psychotherapy sessions are booked virtually around your schedule — so nothing feels rushed, and nothing gets skipped.
Step 2
Your physician's report
Once all your testing and consultations are complete, your physician completes a full review and prepares your personalized report — a clear picture of your health today, and what to watch going forward.
Step 3
Your year with your health concierge
From there, you're paired with a dedicated health concierge for the rest of your membership year — reachable by phone, email, or text. They coordinate your appointments, manage referrals, and support access to your assigned physician for urgent concerns.
